Nene Valley Gliding Club are offering gliding trial lessons to you.
Imagine your excitement finding out how easy it can be to fly a glider.
Each lesson is carried out by a British Gliding Association
trained and experienced Gliding Instructor for your
assurance and safety.
The day when you fly will be an experience to remember.

Road (Signposted at this location), adjacent to Upwood village. The site is about 2 miles to the South of

We will send a Gliding Voucher (valid for 12 months) with details of Nene Valley Gliding Club.

Minimum Age 12 years (no max)
Maximum Weight 16 stone (224 lbs or 102 kg)
Due to the inherent danger of small objects finding their way into the control mechanisms, we have reluctantly decided to prohibit the use of mobile phones in flight, including their use for taking photos. Before getting in the glider, please put your mobile phone in a secure ZIPPED pocket or give it to the instructor to put in the glider’s luggage compartment. (Don’t forget it afterwards!)
Normally the object of a trial lesson is to give you experience of taking the controls and this is incompatible with photography. If you wish to forgo this opportunity, photography is only allowed using a camera having a secure neck or wrist strap.
